Signing in to foodchecker.au

From Monday 19 June 2023, foodchecker.heas.health.vic.gov.au is changing to foodchecker.au.

If your web browser or password manager normally prefills your username and password, this won’t happen the first time you visit foodchecker.au.

You will need to manually enter your username and password the first time you visit foodchecker.au.


If you don’t know your password, you can try the following steps:

 

Option 1 – locate it in your password manager

  1. In your password manager, locate your current username and password for foodchecker.heas.health.vic.gov.au. 
  2. Then visit foodchecker.au/signin.
  3. Enter your username and password, then click ‘Sign in’.
  4. If prompted by your password manager, save your username and password for foodchecker.au.

 

Option 2 – reset your password

If you can’t find your existing password:

  1. Visit foodchecker.au/signin.
  2. Click ‘Forgot your username or password?’
  3. Enter your email, then click ‘Send me the password resent link’.
  4. Check your inbox and junk mail folders for an email with instructions to reset your password.
  5. Once you have reset your password, you will be signed in to foodchecker.au.
  6. If prompted by your password manager, save your username and new password for foodchecker.au.


And you’re done! Next time you visit foodchecker.au your password manager will prefill your username and password.
